1. Absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere on the property 2. NO PARTIES, KEGGERS, DRUG USE on property 3. Do not bring bath towels to the beach ($15.00 charge/damaged towel) 4. County Noise Ordinance: Sun-Th 9PM-8AM, Fri-Sat 11PM-8AM 5. No diving in the pool; minors under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times 6. Everyone MUST use outdoor shower upon returning from the beach, to minimize sand in drains. 7. Please only flush toilet paper in toilets 8. Take trash and recycling bins to end of driveway the EVENING BEFORE designated days. 9. All parking must be in OUR DRIVEWAY, failure to do so could result in towing or citations 10. NO PETS 11. Make sure outside lights are off when turning in for the night (or you could get a knock from security) 12. Do not exceed number of registered guests 13. FAILURE TO FOLLOW HOUSE RULES COULD RESULT IN EVICTION AND/OR FORFEITURE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT
